My journey with singing began at a very young age. Even as a child, I filled our home with melodies. At the age of five, I joined a choir in my hometown of Valencia, where I passed the audition by singing a song from a beloved cartoon I watched on television. The choir’s repertoire became the soundtrack of my daily life as I diligently learned and memorised each piece, honing my ability to recall lyrics effortlessly. Throughout my time in the choir, we always performed from memory, a skill I owe to those formative years. Recognising my deep love of music, my parents enrolled me in a conservatory, where I initially studied double bass. At the age of thirteen, however, I switched to my true passion: singing. Exploring the depths of my own voice became a fascinating journey full of curiosity and excitement. Week by week, I eagerly embraced the process of self-discovery, celebrating each small achievement and reveling in the progress I was making.
As I transitioned to focusing solely on singing, I found myself immersed in a world of endless possibilities. Each vocal lesson became a journey of exploration, as I delved into the nuances of tone, expression, and technique. Under the guidance of skilled instructors, I refined my vocal abilities and expanded my repertoire, discovering new genres and styles along the way.
In 2013, I embarked on a transformative journey as I relocated to Berlin to pursue my Bachelor of Music at the prestigious Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler, studying under the tutelage of the esteemed soprano Norma Sharp. Immersed in the vibrant cultural scene of the German capital, I found myself inspired by its rich musical heritage and dynamic energy.
During my time in Berlin, I not only honed my craft as a solo performer but also embraced opportunities to share my passion for music with others. As a freelance artist, I found fulfillment in both performing on the stage as well as in guiding aspiring vocalists through personalized coaching sessions.
